What to have ready
Vehicle information. Share the year, make, model and current condition. If it will not start, describe what happened and tell us whether you have the keys. If there is damage or something is missing, tell us what you know.
Pickup information. Give the neighbourhood or postal code and say whether the car is on a driveway, at a repair shop or in a garage. Your timing. Share when you can be available and whether there is a deadline. If someone else controls the property or the keys, tell us when that person can be reached.
